Let’s face it, accountability is key. Anyone can start a new workout plan, eating plan, lifestyle plan, but without support, most are unlikely to stick with it. We recognize how important this is to your success so we make it our business to be a little nosy…fall of the grid and miss workouts? We’ll call you. Not bringing in your food log? We’ll ask for it. We invest our time in you, and we want you to see success as much as you do!

Owner & Trainer
Ruthie is the owner and a trainer at The Sweat Box. She is certified as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. The Sweat Box was born out of her passion for fitness and her gift of teaching and motivating others to reach their goals all with accountability and a no whining, no excuses attitude.

TRACEY BURKE

If 5am is just a bit too early, don’t worry, we have a 6am fitness diva for you! Tracey Templeton Burke is a native of Greenwood,SC. A certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she is also pursuing a certification in Fitness Nutrition.

Personal Trainer
Colleen Hujus is one of those trainers…the kind who can push you to your limits, and sometimes beyond, but make you love every minute of it! She holds certifications as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and RIPPED instructor. She is also CPR/AED/First Aid certified.

Personal Trainer
If working out early is your thing, then Jenn is your trainer! She dominates the 5am groups at TSB. Jenn also holds certification in personal training certification, kickboxing, and spinning. In her free time, she loves to run half marathons and shop!
